Awesome, as for I2 I should be able to add it to the release tomorrow/this weekend.
qbittorrent seems to have worked. Downloading now. Thank you for the suggestion.

With the bittorrent "SEGS client" I'm getting these two error messages, in separate dialog boxes, upon loading the client:

#1 - Error loading required game data files. (trick load error)
#2 - Failed to load texture library. It is likely that City of Heroes is not properly installed. Re-installing or running CohUpdater may fix this.

before it fails altogether.

Console is showing:

Code: Select all

Running City Of Heroes
Error opening config file (N:/revisions/gimmecfg.txt)
Will proceed without source control

You probably have been disconnected from N:, double click on My Computer
and then double click on N: to reconnect it.
project segs
fullscreen 0
screen 1280 720
I don't have an N: drive, so I assume this is referencing a source control system used by Cryptic during development.

I've ran CoX-Auth.exe and set my IP. I'm not referencing localhost or loopback ip. Maybe I'm missing a step? Thanks in advance for your help!

As an aside, I tried to run the I24 client, just to see what results I would get. I rec'd the following error:

Code: Select all

File: bin/clientmessages-en.bin
Last Author/Status:Perforce.cpp failed to connect to Perforce.

Unable to locate bin/clientmessages-en.bin

Huh..

This looks like you might have a /data/ directory in the same place as a game exe ? This causes the client to enter 'developer' mode and try to load all files from unpack directory.
